We have come to an agreement with Dion ‘FASHR’ Derksen to join the active roster. The Dutchman is no stranger to the team, as he has been representing us earlier this year, before we decided to switch to a full danish roster.
“Given the recent sale of ‘raalz’ to Sprout, we have decided to go partly international, with a danish core, because we feel that forcing a full danish lineup would be a setback. That’s why we are very happy to announce that ‘FASHR’ is returning to our team after his short spell in Budapest Five. The only reason he didn’t stick with us earlier this year, was because we went full danish. Our next stop is top 30, and we know that Dion will help us get there- we are all aware of his capabilities.” says Thomas Sinding, CEO of Gamers Elite, the organization behind Lyngby Vikings
Dion “FASHR” Derksen says: ”I’m happy to be back in Lyngby Vikings on a permanent term, and I’m really looking forward to help elevate the team into top 30. I have played with the team earlier this year, with a bit different roster, but with the same IGL. Getting back to the system that our IGL “Birdfromsky” provides, and given that I now get the time to refine the positions I play, is super positive and also a big reason for me to join this team.”
The lineup will be completed by the Swedish/American AWP-player Adam “WolfY” Andersson, who recently moved back to Sweden from the USA. Adam will be starting on a trial.
